    help with youtube video search

    I'm looking for a video (i think it's on youtube) that I believe i found originally through a thread on this site. It is video of an IT guy who is working from home but playing a game on his computer. He gets a service call and ends up resetting a server or something that causes some problems. The thing I remember most about this video is that one of the guys he is trying to help has his desktop icons arranged in a way that they spell F*** **u or something like that. I want to say the video is 5-10 minutes long.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks-
