After watching, you are right, drmwevr08. Yep, by that report you got to feel sorry for the guy.

However, the best thing to do would have been having a representive from the state (I guess I assume it is the state that is doing this) and get their side.

Like clone4lyfe said, there are three sides to this story, his, theirs and the truth.

Well, the guy got in at the right time. Had this been during the Bush administration (yes, I know this is a state issue, not a fed) Fox would have been toting this guy as the bad guy holding up progress.

I found it interesting they didn't make that distinction -- just the "government".
