Kid said he was going to jump from the moving car, and given the outcome I'm thinking he wasn't bluffing.

first of all, it's DHS, not DPS. if you're going to try to make a point, at least get your facts straight. plus, what would you have done? let the kid jump out of the car? he obvioulsy wanted to commit suicide, he was going to do it one way or the other. don't be so ignorant.
