What ages are your kids?
you are talking about the Radisson. Good place. Not the largest in the country but it's good marketing on their part.

Science Museum for sure...don't listen to the people saying Mall of America. There's really not that much special in it besides the indoor amusement park..
The science museum though is awesome, trust me.

Love the science Museum. It depends, though, how old your kids are.
Children's Museum is good too, last time we went in Jan I believe there was Dinosaurs Exhibits.

We really like their zoo. Plus it is free if you have a membership at Blank Park Zoo. Of course half of it would be pretty cold at this time of year.

The science museum downtown is pretty good for kids. We go almost every year and my son isn't tired of it yet. He looks forward to it as a matter of fact.

Skip the Como Zoo, and go to the Minnesota Zoo instead. you have to pay to get in, but it is a superior zoo in my opinion.

Is there anything to do indoors at Como? It has been a little while since I was there.

Re: What to do in Minneapolis with kids..
Here's an "off the beaten path" suggestion:
Go to the Linden Hills neighborhood, to the Wild Rumpus bookstore. It's a great little bookstore for kids, where they have various animals like lizards, birds, etc. in-store, as well as free-roaming cats and even chickens! It's hilarious seeing the chickens strut around the bookstore, and you may even see some well-pecked books on clearance.
Also, a couple doors down from the bookstore is Coffee and Tea Ltd., where you can grab a cup of Kopi Luwak. It's the only place in the Midwest where you can get the $400/lb coffee by the cup.

There's a new giftshop there, too. Most of the animals are indoors this time of year, so it's not too bad walking from building to building to view them. You really don't have to be outside too much. Also, the conservatory is nice, and in a few weeks, the butterfly house will open.

That's the only way I ever go.
