What to do in Minneapolis with kids..

So my wife and I are going up this weekend. Does anybody know of anything to do with three children to keep them entertained??

Drop the kids off at the Mall of America and go over to Ikea and shop for furniture...

Take some tobaggons and shovels with you. Build an igloo. Go ice fishing.

Science Center is St. Paul is really fun - lots to see and interactive. They have a cool mini-golf course, but it's outside, so probably closed.

Seriously, a lot of the good kids stuff I think is in St. Paul (Science Museum, Children's Museum). There is Gameworks downtown by the Target Center. Mall of America is a good bet too with the amusement park, Legoland, and the underwater adventures aquarium in the basement.

Definitely the underwaters adventure aquarium in the Mall of America. They've got good kids activities and it won't bore you either. I think they can even pet debarbed sting rays.

Yo Gabba Gabba Live is going on up at the Target Center tomorrow. We are taking our 20 month old to it (driving up tonight). If they are in that age range, and watch the show, that is the closest they will be to Iowa...

Make that three for the aquarium at the Mall of America. Our kids, then 3 and 1-1/2, loved it.

Technically, yes, but they've had budget problems and now ask for a donation of $2 per adult, $1 per child.

Huh, it's been a few years since I have been there but I spent at least 3-4 afternoons there a week when I was in college. Studying, watching gorillaz, I love that park....

The largest indoor water park in the country is right next to the Mall of America. "Water Park of America", I think. I've been told it's pretty cool.

What ages are your kids?

I haven't been to the Omaha Aquarium, but underwater adventures is the best aquarium I've ever been too, and I think it beats the pants of the Shedd Aquarium in chicago.
