and btw: it seems like maybe they are trying to slowly turn the cast back into how they were in the first 3 or 4 seasons when it was the best show on t.v.

i saw the dump scenes as bringing relationships (new and old) together that really are junk to begin with.....

Re: The Office last night...
I found myself wanting the Office to end. That was a first.

Re: The Office last night...
Now that Jim and Pam are married the producers are trying to find something to take the story along. I think they're trying too hard almost. They've taken the Andy/Erin awkwardness a little too far and too drawn out, and the Dwight/Angela thing is just too weird to catch on.
As a HUGE fan, I see this show going 2 more seasons tops.

As a HUGE fan, I see this show going 2 more seasons tops. I actually really liked the one hour episode a couple of weeks ago. I can never remember everything, but I just remember when Andy was talking about how his parents changed his name when he was 7, cuz his new baby brother seemed more befitting of his grandpa's name. I was dying for awhile on that one...

Don't get me wrong, the show is still hilarious! I just don't know how much longer it can last.

Re: The Office last night...
Definitely a weird episode. They better wrap up the 'new leads' story line in the next episode, because I want to know how michael is gonna get out of that one.
I agree with what everyone else has said. It is obvious that the show has no direction now with Jim and Pam married. Andy/Erin is just strange and Dwight/Angelia are idiots. Bring back Holly.
On top of that, Dunder Mifflin has no identity any more. Jan gets fired, Ryan gets hired, Ryan gets fired, Charles get hired, Charles get fired, David Wallace takes over, Michael starts his own company, and now Dunder Mifflin is sold. There has been no consistence since the end of season 3.
Even with all of the current problems, it is still one of the best shows on TV.

Re: The Office last night...
I liked the hour one too.
Michael: "What's the opposite of eating spicy foods?"
Kevin: "We should stick spicy foods up her butt!"

Re: The Office last night...
I think the last three episodes have sorta sucked, but im lookin for them to get back on track. Community was starting to become my favorite show, but they have had some eggs lately too.

Even with all of the current problems, it is still one of the best shows on TV. I think David Wallace was technically over Jan, Ryan, and Charles, but just got a bigger part (i.e. worked with Michael more) in more recent seasons. Still an awful lot of turnover, though.

Re: The Office last night...
As sad as it is to say, The Office feels like it is over. Last night's episode proves it.
It's become one big storyline.
The campaign starts now. November 6, 2012. -

Its been 6 seasons now, and they were trying to show the dynamic character change with Dwight (acorn thing) and how theyre upset at life in general because they never really got anywhere at Dunder Mifflin. Now the shows coming to an end sometime soon and the producers are trying to show Michael and Dwight's relationship and individual character development. Haha that's my opinion. Then again, maybe they just thought people would laugh because Michael got wet. Who knows.

Re: The Office last night...
The show got renewed for another season, but I'm not really sure where they are gonna go with the show.
