That is a freaking tragedy. Papa Johns has some pretty good wings. I miss Pizza Pit Inferno Wings.
For me it's worth the drive once in a while to go to Ames from the city and get a couple of batches of Inferno's. One for the restaurant and one to take home. They save pretty well and although they aren't perfect reheated they reheat better than a lot of wings do.
As for wing delivery, there used to be a couple of WingZones in the city a few years back but they both bit the dust. Not sure why. I mean, they weren't the greatest wings out there but compared to some places, they were pretty good. Living in the western burbs I would just make the quick drive down to B-Dubs for take out, or make your own.
