Vacation ideas?
I'm looking for some idea for a large-family vacation in Jan/Feb 2011. This will include grandparents who are in their upper 50s, me and my siblings (20s-30s), and a handful of kids age 5 and under. There will be 14 people total.
My considerations are ease of travel (given young kids), warm weather, and a location that will give all of us stuff to do. Obviously there's Disney but I'm seeking other ideas too. Any specific resources you can point me to would be great.

Re: Vacation ideas?
Obviously the jan-feb time period rules out anything warm unless a 16 hr. drive is included. (in Iowa anyway) If you were planning a trip in July I'd say take all 14 to the Black Hills. You can drive there from central IA in 7 hrs. and there is plenty to see and do and stop at along the way on I-90. Have fun !

Why not a few days up in the Dells? Lots of nice scenary, water parks ect.
I also agree on the Black Hills.

Could run into city for other activities like science center, casinos, etc.

Re: Vacation ideas?
Don't know what you consider "ease of travel" but I know there are resorts in Jamaica and Cancun that have mini water parks on their resorts, and if I'm not mistaken kids under 12 stay free at the one in Jamaica. Sunset Beach Resort
