So I've Got Some Peel and Eat Shrimp
with cajun spices. Looking for a couple of beers to match it--what say you all?
By the way, Midwesterners ought to be happy they can always get their hands on Boulevard Smokestacks, because out here it's impossible to find. -

with seafood I love a good Amber.
I drink mostly local stuff, but I'm sure some Fat Tire would go pretty good with the Shrimp.

Definitely Amber. Bell's Amber would be my choice.
