I **** you not, I met up with one of my customers down in Northern Missouri, and when I walked in, he was cooking a freaking beaver in the crockpot. Big *** beaver tail sticking out the top.
I agree. I'd like to go on a rabbit killing spree. I remember someone talking about .22 shells that are really quiet. Anyone know anything about those? Freaking rabbits just destroyed my landscaping this winter.
If you are in the city, all you need is a nice air gun. Get the piercing rounds for ammo and you are set. You only kill what you point at. Unlike poisons or traps, you don't kill the neighbor's pets and you don't leave chemicals laying around. It is quiet and doesn't startle neighbors like discharging a firearm. The piercing rounds are most humane because it's just one 'pop' and it's over - no cute furry animal writhing in pain.
I love my furry little animals but rabbits are just rats in disguise. I try to dispense with them quietly and humanely - and the air gun, piercing rounds, and a decent aim let me do that.
