Does anyone else remember when a peanut butter company had bacos mixed in with their peanut butter as one of their choices? I still eat my peanut butter this way.
My dad used to deep fat fry (in lard I am guessing) pieces of fat that had been cut off of steak. I believe his mother did this in the old country and he called it cracklings. Any nutritionists out there???
