Install multiple wind turbines in the Waukee, IA School District. | Pepsi Refresh Everything

It's for the Waukee school distict. Some students came up with the idea of installing wind turbines to power the schools and submitted their proposal to the Pepsi Refresh Project. Aparently, if they stay in the top 10 they have a great chance of winning a grant. Right now they are number 10. Thanks in advance for any help with voting!
