Yeah, I'm not the most musically versed person out there but I think the Dylan song is the only one that fits. No Zepplin, no Beatles (who I'm not really a fan of), no Nirvana (who I'm also not a fan of), no Elvis (who I'm also not a fan of)?

I agree with this and I also think the bands mentioned above had a huge influence on bands that came after them.
I think a "best songs" list is pretty silly but a "most influential" songs (or band, or album) list is far more interesting and apart from the good suggestions already submitted I would add;
