That's pretty amazing.
Wonder if Microsoft still owns part of Apple? I know at one point Bill Gates stuck some money into Apple.
M/S has been performing in the stock market like a slug. It is not too hard to beat a slug.
Check that. As of 9:43 am May 27, Microsoft (MSFT) is valued higher than Apple (AAPL).
It's all hype around Apple. The IPAD is worthless and the IPhone is a thing of the past.
Market cap means nothing. Apple is consumer driven, Microsoft is business driven. When consumer spending falls off the map in 6 months, it is going to be rough for Apple.
Yup. Apple has rested on its laurels for far too long with the iphone, and android is rapidly catching up, or even surpassing the iphone. I've been waiting for a verizon iphone for awhile, but some of the recent android releases, as well as some that are due this year, have me reconsidering that, unless the iphone4 has something hidden up its sleeve (though apple seems to be losing control of the ability to have as much secrecy as it has in the past as well)Quote:
