Shrooms are as dangerous as the person consuming them. If you are comfortable with yourself and your surroundings, you will have a great time. If not, you could end up ripping your living friend's heart right out of his chest.

Time to ask Al for his legal opinion here.... Obviously this guy was having some serious hallucinations at the time and I would think that his sanity would have to be questioned with or without shrooms being involved here.....
I know the fact that he was tripping out on shrooms doesn't absolve him of responsibility but could a temporary insanity plea at least save this guy from the death penalty?
