so I'm driving on HWY 23 in Wisconsin on Wednesday when I see a sign advertising "Beefalo meat for sale" ... anyone ever tried this? is it just the mixed meats afterward like they do with deer or is this an actual animal? and does it have super-bovine powers?

I don't think you'd have a problem with beefalo meat. You've sampled many meats before, this is no different.
