Nothing wrong about being a guy that goes alone to a Pixar film. Pixar creates stuff on another level compared to the rest of the animated films put out each year, and it shouldn't require a girlfriend/wife and/or children present to see them.
That said, I'm looking forward to this like I do with any Pixar film. My girlfriend and I love all their films (except for Cars -- blech!). No reason not to see this one.
My son is having a Toy Story 3 themed birthday. His birthday is 3 days after the movie comes out. We thought it was a pretty cool coincidence that he is turning 3 and it's Toy Story 3. He loves those freaking movies.
He's pretty stoked. It will be the first movie we attempt to take him to. I hope he can keep from freaking out.
