Toy Story 3

No shame in that. Toy Story was one of my favorite childhood movies and Pixar's track record is stellar. It's not like you're saying you can't wait to see "How to Train Your Dragon".

I already have that baby trained.

I can't wait for Toy Story 3. I was 9 when the first Toy Story came out (1995.) Since then, Tom Hanks (who voices Woody in the Toy Story movies) has become one of my favorite actors. That could be the only reason I'm excited for Toy Story 3. I don't think I should expect much when 11 years is put between the second and third movies of a series.

How to train your dragon was a great movie. I really enjoyed it, and so did the kids. Cannot ask for more out of a family movie.

Nothing wrong with that. In fact, my parents took my nephews for the weekend when Toy Story 2 came out. They used the boys as an excuse to go see it even though we all knew better.

Kids are a ways off for me. Slightly different perspective. :wink:

The fact that you are actively looking for a kid to take to a movie is weird in itself.

This is actually my favorite set movies of all time. I'll watch it when it comes out, and I probably buy it on DVD.

You might want to watch yourself. You could end up knocking on your neighbor's doors to inform that you are legally required to let them know you live in the area. :wink:

Find a date, buddy! Girls get away with still wanting to go to Disney movies. Pretending to be "Guy Getting Dragged Along to Movie" > Giving off "Creepy Uncle" vibe.

Finding a date is a lot better than my original plan. I was going to find a single mother to date and take the kid. Just completely cut out the curtain climber.

Nothing wrong about being a guy that goes alone to a Pixar film. Pixar creates stuff on another level compared to the rest of the animated films put out each year, and it shouldn't require a girlfriend/wife and/or children present to see them.

That said, I'm looking forward to this like I do with any Pixar film. My girlfriend and I love all their films (except for Cars -- blech!). No reason not to see this one.
