It's time I buy it. I have one at Joseph's in West DM and one at Anglo to decide between. What are your recommendations or reservations about those two places? Let me know if I should go with one over the other or stay away from one of them.

I got my wifes ring at Iowa Diamond and I think I got a pretty good deal. I think Josephs is overpriced, and I have no experience with Anglo.
Your best deal is to be able to pick the stone they put in the setting of your choice. You can end up getting a better deal that way.
The ring I got for my wife would have be much more expensive if I had gotten it from Josephs.
You should have gone with Ames Silversmithing.
Let me guess, the girl picked out both and said the final decision is with you?

Bruce is great to work with.
Had a terrible experience with Iowa Diamond. They seemed great, until I asked a few hard questions. Then they were gone. Could have just been the one guy we worked with too so who knows.
Josephs. Just go there and finish it. Cannot go wrong with them.
Got mine at Iowa Diamond. Fantastic people.
Bought my wife's at Anglo. Great experience.
Bought my ring at Ames Silversmithing. Also great experience. Wish I would have gave them a shot on the wife's ring but the found the perfect one at Anglo before going to Ames Silversmithing.
I went with Iowa Diamond as well, good quality diamonds there at a great price. They know their stuff, not just there to sell you.
Option #3
Go to a strip club instead.
Option 4
RUN!!!!!!
Ok, who wants to set up the poll:
Iowa Diamond
Josephs
Ames Silversmithing
Anglo
Other?
I will say this: If those two options are the result of you actually shopping around, think long and hard about how the service was when you came in. Typically a local place will treat you way better and not put the hard sell on you. In my mind it's worth it to throw those guys the business if you find what you like there, even if it costs a little more.
Quality Bit of Wisdom from my Dad: Probably won't be the last jewelry you buy this girl, pays to have a jeweler locally you like to deal with.
Ebay?
I got my wife's NEW for a third of the cost it would have been at a mainstream jeweler.
Diamond is legit and have papers.
If you do go to a jewelry store... haggle a bit.
