Looking for opinions on what people use. I have a '06 Trailblazer it will go on, it would be nice to still use the factory rack that came with it.

I have been extremely happy with my Yakima bike racks, but I don't have kayak racks. Follow the link to build exactly what you need for kayak racks on your vehicle. Select your Trailblazer model (I assume it is an EXT since it didn't appear to have an option of factory roof racks on the standard Trailblazer model) and it will give you several options for rack configurations.
I got my racks at Bike World. At least at the time - 7 years ago - they were a Yakima dealer.
