Hulu Plus and ESPN 3
So - Xbox Live, $49.99 per year - ESPN 3 comes with that this November with no extra charge
Hulu Plus, probably Q1, 2011 - $9.99 per month on Xbox 360 - now on Samsung and next month on PS3, etc.
So, for $170 per year, you get sports and the full season of current tv shows streamed to those devices - and you don't need a DVR.
Plus, Netflix, Zune movies and you pretty much have no need for cable.
The ONLY downside here stopping me from getting rid of an $89 cable bill is the lack of Fox Sports games - why can't the Big12 go ESPN exclusive?! Then I would just have my internet bill and the streaming services. Surely Fox will get on this band wagon for their sports shows...

Nice. Can you watch normal ESPN and ESPN 2 on ESPN3? Like sportscenter and whatnot?

You can pick up the clone zone via Internet streaming.......

The nice part of Hulu Plus is you can use it on about any device.

Re: Hulu Plus and ESPN 3
Question,
I have the Current XBox 360, will I get the espn3 with that, or will I have to upgrade to the new xbox?
Thanks for any answers, have been wondering since the new one was announced.

Thanks for any answers, have been wondering since the new one was announced. I think it works on the original. I'd be ****** if it didn't.

Thanks for any answers, have been wondering since the new one was announced. You'll get it - the new one is quieter and has a Kinect power port, but otherwise they use the same software.

I'm not sure if I've seen it anywhere that says that $10/month is required for hulu... it's the 'premium' fee to watch episodes older than what they normally make available (you can usually only watch the past 5 or 6 episodes of a show); I have my fingers crossed that you'll be able to use the normal version on xbox360 like you would a computer
