just curious, why would you want to lose a weight a week and a half before a huge cycling event. Your going to feel like crap the entire ride doing that
I need suggestions for a diet plan, pill that works quickly. I would like to loose 10 pounds before RAGBRAI in a week and a half. Anyone have a suggestion for something that worked for them?
