I remember seeing a story about a guy making about $70k a year panhandling in florida. He would wake up in his decent house, purposely get all nasty, drive to his destination and stand on a street corner... crazy
This is why I don't give people anything.
Sad really that they're ruining it for people who are truly needy.

I saw that too, its 7 in the morning, and BAM! the last thing you expect to see is hitchhiker on the side of an on-ramp......then when i was leaving to get back onto Hwy 30, BAM!....another hitchhiker....
