Project 20/20 is a 18 and up bar. Easy to get into. Jw, what type of punishment could this kid get?

You would think legally speaking that the offense that occurred was the person providing alcohol to either of them as they are both underage. Now I am really wondering how the bar is not facing any legal action over this. I have no idea what happened in this case. My guess is the kid used a fake to buy booze, therefore taking the responsibility away from the bar. He then provided it to another minor, therefore breaking the law he is going to be charged with.
