I35 Construction Question

Just wondering from some of the engineers, or the contractors on this board what they think the chances are of the 6 mile stretch north of Story City getting completed this fall. I commute this area daily and have been lucky to avoid most delays. Its now August and it doesn't appear as though there are any signs of them laying concrete any time soon. I don't ever recall a area of interstate on a routine replacement run into the winter months, but with the weather this summer they have to be way behind schedule. When they do start the pouring process do they move pretty quickly?
