Jolly Time Popcorn and Iowa State

I got a great call the other day from one of my best friends from Sioux City. His family owns Jolly Time Popcorn. He said that Jolly Time and Iowa State struck a deal to become the official popcorn of Iowa State Athletics! I know how loyal ISU fans are to brands that support the University so I hope all of you will support Jolly Time as well!

By the way, if you haven't tried Jolly Time's Mallow Magic popcorn, do so. You'll thank me later!

If this is the marshmallow popcorn that i think it is, IT IS FRICKEN DELICIOUS!!! Extremely messy, but just out of control good. Just for a quick preview, think of liquid marshmallow covering great popcorn.... sorry later for over consumption.

I don't mean to sabotage the thread, but I saw a bag of bacon flavored popcorn at Hy-Vee the other day, I passed.

Saw it too, but haven't tried it. BUT (!) can personally give testament to how fabulous popcorn is when you make it in bacon grease instead of oil.

I know the owners of Snappy popcorn are big donators and have been foryears to ISU. It would make someome a good wage for the year. Hope jolly time will do the same. .

Hope Jolly Time doesn't mind another lifelong customer. They have a good product (but I used to buy all brands) - now I'm all about the Jolly Time. This will make a difference in my buying habits.

Plus they are an Iowa Company. It might be a great time to give a local a leg up and support our team.

Good marketing on their part.
