    It was. I was on my way to the fair with my kids and we passed it only a minute or so after it happened. I couldn't stop as I had my two (young) kids with me and that's not something they needed to be exposed to. What I saw was bad enough. Tried 911, but couldn't get through. Apparently four in the van have passed away and the two in the car passed away.

    Absolutely horrible.
