Well now that he has, he needs to donate all of his time to preventing people from acting like that and maybe even give away everything to charity. 99 percent of people in this scenario die. If it were me, my entire life would change for the better.

Anyway, what I really want to know is...where can I find out more about what the idiot was thinking? Because it almost seems like he wanted to pass the cop car on the left shoulder at 100MPH.

Here's what I think happened:
The guy was going 100+mph, dodging traffic like a dang fool. The cop was in the left lane passing somebody. The guy came up on the cop car a lot faster than expected and couldn't pass on the right, since both lanes were taken up. The guy realizes its a cop car, and then swerves to the left so he doesn't ram the cop car in the tail. He hits the shoulder and loses control and goes into the median. He then sees the guardrail and ramps up, thinking he might be able to jump over the overpass and land on the other side, safely. Realizing that he doesn't have enough height a notices a solid concrete structure ahead of him, he then yells "OHHH ****!!!" and then BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For some reason I don't think he is capable of thinking that much
