    Plane Crash Near Farm Progress Show

    I just saw on KCCI.com that a plane pulling a banner for the Farm Progress show crashed north of Boone killing the pilot. Apparently the banner caught on some corn and pulled the plane right into the ground. Normally the plane is flying real high with the banner, so it is weird that the banner caught the corn. Lots of bad news today with the student death, oil rig explosion in the gulf, and now this. Hopefully this is not a bad omen for tonight!

    to the OP, you are pretty selfish comparing two deaths and an explosion to a loss for ISU. Just say that you are sad for the pilot, student and barge workers. A life is more important that a sport.
