AMES, Iowa -- During its annual Homecoming celebration, the Iowa State University Alumni Association will confer upon former Cyclone football All-American Benjamin C. Bruns of Des Moines the Outstanding Young Alumni Award, one of the most prestigious awards given to alumni by the ISU Alumni Association. Bruns earned All-American honors at center as a senior at Iowa State in 2000.
