MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - The Cyclones (20-9) fell in a close match in round one of the NCAA Tournament Friday night in five sets, 25-27, 25-16, 23-25, 25-19, 11-15, to the Creighton Bluejays (21-11) at the Sports Pavilion at the University of Minnesota. It is Iowa State's first-ever loss in the first round of the tournament.
