PLEASANT HILL, Iowa - Iowa State head football coach Paul Rhoads recently spoke at Spring Creek School in Pleasant Hill to create awareness for the NFL and National Dairy Council's "Fuel Up To Play 60" program. Rhoads spoke for 15-20 minutes in front of around 500 middle school students and helped share the importance of fueling one's body with nutritionally rich foods and daily exercies.
