AMES, Iowa – Iowa State women's basketball head coach Bill Fennelly returned to his roots as an assistant coach for a few weeks in July, becoming a part of the USA Women's U18 National Team staff. Fennelly helped coach the team to an undefeated 5-0 record and a gold medal in the FIBA Americas U18 Championship for Women in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
