AMES, Iowa – Iowa State head cross country coach Corey Ihmels says his Cyclone men's and women's harriers are ready for the Midwest Regional Saturday in Stillwater, Okla. The two squads come in with different expectations. The women's 6,000-meter race will run at 11 a.m. and the men's 10,000-meter race at 11:45 a.m.
