AMES, Iowa – Iowa State's Lisa Koll is back on track, literally. In her 2009 track and field season debut, the Fort Dodge native broke the Iowa State record for the 3,000-meter race with a time of 9:09.92 at the ISU Open Saturday at the Lied Recreation Athletic Center.
