MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – For Iowa State athletics department special project coordinator Ryan McGuire, Monday night's Cyclone Tailgate Tour stop at the Nicollett Pavilion was far from a one night stand. As fans gathered in the quaint and classical building and went out for a view of the river, the fifth stop on the Tailgate Tour was the culmination of six months of work.
