AMES, Iowa – The closer Saturday's Iowa State-Iowa football game gets, the more precious time is for Cyclone head coach Paul Rhoads. But Rhoads found time immediately after practice to speak to University staff gathered outside the Jack Trice Club Thursday afternoon for the Cardinal and Gold Kickoff. The event is an annual affair initiated by Iowa State athletics director Jamie Pollard to promote Cyclone spirit and recognize the efforts of ISU staff and their support of school spirit.
