AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State cross country teams will travel to Springfield, Mo. Saturday, for the NCAA Midwest Regional Cross Country Championships. The men's 10,000-meter race will begin at noon, followed by the women's 6,000-meter race at 1:15 p.m.
