MANHATTAN, Kan. – The 18th-ranked Iowa State women's basketball team trailed by two with 5:45 to go in the contest, but Kansas State responded with a 7-0 run that pushed them to a 73-67 win Sunday afternoon at Bramlage Coliseum.
