I in general loathe teams that self-stamp themselves "America's Team" (or perhaps that was just TBS that gave the Braves that label) because there's little else more "d-bag" than claiming to be that team. However, due to the magic that was the early '90s Braves, I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for them. Plus I have a soft spot in my heart for any team that is flat-out as politically incorrect as the Braves, Chiefs, Redskins, Blackhawks (although that is more of an honor bestowed upon one of the great men in the history of the US, although try telling that to the PC crowd).
Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice? Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.
I see how the Redskins are politically incorrect but I dont understand the Chiefs. To me that is like saying the Kings are politically incorrect.
Take that up with the PC crowd - it's offensive to them. Personally, as an Irish-American, until the PC crowd get on Notre Dame's arse for their offensive portrayal of the drunken, bar-brawling Irish leprechaun as their mascot (no matter how true it may be), I refuse to get offended by the Redskin mascot.
