Joe Morgan not returning to ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball
Jon Miller, Joe Morgan not returning to 'Sunday Night Baseball' TV broadcast - ESPN
Looks like his contract is expiring and ESPN isn't going to renew it. It appears Jon Miller will be out as well, but may stay on ESPN Radio. I don't mind Miller, but am glad Morgan is out of there.

Didn't Morgan get a job with the Reds' FO? Sunday Night Baseball won't be the same....

IMO, Morgan wasn't so bad a couple years ago. Seems like just in the last 3 years he has gotten really conceited.

If Morgan, Collinsworth, and Musberger would never make a singe broadcast again, I would be giddy with excitement.

Colinsworth is solid in my opinion. I also think Morgan and miller are fine. Everybody likes to *****.
Nothing to see here mods. Keep moving. -
Re: Joe Morgan not returning to ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball
Very good news! Morgan was simply awful. And together, these two could beat a dead horse like nobody else in the business.
I wonder who ESPN will pursue to fill these vacancies.

This might sound nuts, but why not Ryne Sandberg in the booth for a year?
Or why not go really wild and get Steve Stone? Can they really find somebody better than Steve Stone?

Re: Joe Morgan not returning to ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball
Is it just me, or did Morgan get more, how do I put it politely? It seemed like he stuck up for certain players a lot more than others. I don't ever wanna try and portray him as a racist, but he seemed to bring up the African American thing a lot in the last few years.
