Didnt know whether to put this in gaming or pro sports, but Drew Brees has officially broken the Madden curse! Way to go Drew! About time someone proved this wrong!

"He is the toughest I have ever been around, physically and mentally," Burnham said. "You can beat him down but you’re not going to beat him out. He’s got the mindset of, ‘If you’re going to get me out of this game, you’re going to have to kill me.’ That’s about where he is."

Re: Madden Curse Broken!
The Madden Curse comes in many forms. Brees did not dodge it.

Re: Madden Curse Broken!
Madden curse is tied in with injuries, Brees did not get injured... History of the Madden Curse - ArmchairGM - Sports Wiki Database
Not to mention, 2009 both Polamalu and Fitzgerald on the cover both got hurt as well!

Culpepper got hurt 11 games into the season, but he was playing AWFUL up to that point. The Curse is not limited to injuries. Brees was knocked out of the first round by a SEVEN AND NINE TEAM!!!(I spell it out because it deserves that much emphasis)
The Curse lives on.

He choked to the worst team to ever make the playoffs lol
The curse lives!
If you have a problem - if no one else can help - and if you can find
them - maybe you can hire: The A-Team. -

So I think he was agreeing with you I always thought it was "Quoted For Truth".
Forever trying to find a cure for the Dunning-Kruger Effect. -
