The Raiders won't be good again until either Al Davis takes a backseat and lets the guys he hires do their job without him looking over their shoulder all the time or when he dies, whichever comes first...
He's a shell of his former self. I kinda like how he does what he wants and doesn't care what anybody think. On the other hand he is running the franchise into the ground. Although, Hue Jackson is definitely NFL head coach material.
I'm a little confused as to why he would fire Cable just when he was getting them turned around.
