Really hope he is okay though. Too bad Jerry Jones can't set up a hospital suite in the stadium somewhere.

Didn't one of these dudes miss weddings and the birth of a child for the Super Bowl. That is sad. This is kind of a little bit sucky.

I hope he is ok and it does suck, BUT I have a hard time feeling sorry for a guy for missing a super bowl. Most people go their entire lives without going to one as they are VERY expensive but he has gone to 44! Must. Be. Rough.
Yep, this thread has just been pwned. -

"I have missed weddings, babies being born but I never plan to miss a Superbowl"...and thats why your wife left you “I told you, I don’t care if you’re black or white. I don’t care if you’re rich or poor. I don’t care where you come from, whether it’s Texas, Florida, California, or right here in the state of Iowa, I don’t care about any of that… But what I did care about is moving forward from that day on, that we were one team." -Paul Rhoads -

Is the guy who is sick the one who was quoted as missing all the important family events? The comments on the ESPN article made it sound as if one of the other three has the messed-up priorities.

Can't say I feel sorry for him... but it doesn't help that I'm in a ****** mood.

I had figured that it was a BS ad campaign. I never thought it was real.
They say country music speaks to the heart. Unfortunately, it has to go through your ears to get there.
