I'm just curious what the Middle East is going to look like in another 11 years when this actually goes down.

So what happens when the lift system fails and that thing crashes onto a stadium full of spectators? Why not just build a dome if you want to block the sun?

I was thinking the same thing. Imagine trying to do something like that at Jack Trice on a windy day.
