More good news for the Cards
Just reported on the Cubs radio broadcast that Matt Holliday is going under the knife today for an apendectomy. It'll be awhile before he's back if true.

Heard that on the Cubs TV broadcast. That's really rough. Holliday seems like a good guy, and obviously a good player. I feel terrible for him.
It's unbelievable what's happening to that team this year. Ouch.

I don't think Len and Bob are telling that one as an April Fools' joke. It's possible, but I don't think it's likely.
