    New NL Central leader

I realize that this is still early June (a LOT of season left) - but it is refreshing to see the Brewers finally getting some quality pitching. I still feel the Cards could very well be the team to beat at the end of the season, but I haven't been this optimistic about the Crew since '08 and the Sabathia transaction.

    hahahaha

Congrats brew crew people, Cards just couldn't get it done this weekend. I hope the division is tight the whole way to make it interesting.

Barring any unforeseen injuries to key players (especially the pitching staff) it should be a fun one to watch. BTW, the Phillies look darn good right now too.

I'm fine.................mostly enjoying that it is only the second week of June and we won't have to listen to the endless daily cub's banter for the rest of the year. They really suck.

You knew it was only a matter of time before he brought the Cubs into this.

I wonder if other Cards fans are embarrased by this attitude. I"m going to guess "yes."

Endless Cubs banter? They are barely talked about on here.

I don't mind seeing the Brewers do well. I have a lot of good friends who have been convinced by Brewers brainwashing, so it's nice to see their team doing well.

A quick site search of "cubs" above doesn't support your contention but there have been fewer and fewer as this season plays out.

And you still managed to bring the Cubs up?

You were called out for getting your *** kicked by the Brewers this weekend. You might want to work on your Brewer's smack.

Not really, whats embarrassing about the statement? The Cubs suck, if the Cards were in the same situation I would expect cubs fans to hammer the cards just as bad. Its called being a fan in a rivalry.
