Rebecacy and usual cubs schtick.
Don't you have another story to post here about a cubs/hawks fan being a *******? Or is it time to go to your chizik shrine you have in your home?

And about that World Series business A. Is possible in that division.
B. Probably.
And I can live with being in 2nd place on World Series business. No one is going to catch them for titles.
And you are a bandwagon fan. -

And oh wow, 32-42 compared to 31-44. A huge difference of margin!! considering we were 20 games under 500 not that long ago we are actually playing a hell of a lot better than you right now. we are currently 15-5 this month which is one of the best records in baseball this month...you guys have just sucked in general

At the end of the season if there are similar records, both teams will be seen as sucking even with your 15-5 month you have going on...
But keep patting yourself on the back that you have the best record for the month of june cause right now you're still sitting with a record that sucks...

Back to the article, Hendry may be correct wait until the end of July. I'm in the camp that thinks this is a write off year unless our pitching crew turns around real quick. We get rid of a lot of pay roll after this year and that will give the Cubs a lot of options moving ahead. Despite not having won the World Series in 103 years the Cubs stll are one of the more popular teams in baseball and will have fans who will support them through thick and thin which pays the bills.

Agreed. I wont necessarily put an excuse on injuries, cause it does happen. Its just been hard to win games with 40-60% of your starting pitching rotation have been on the DL at times this season. It's basically writing it off as we need to score runs (which we struggle with) to counter awful replacement pitchers. I do agree that this season is a write off. I'm just worried the direction of Hendry and the owners may push away some portion of the fan base.

Good of your you, and the Yankees or Red Sox will once again sweep you when it counts(actually the Twins are my second favorite team, but hate in when fans run down other teams).

And the incident at The Landing here in CR did happen just as I described it.

Healthy pitchers >> healthy batters... I'll take that bet as the record being far better.
Can't wait till July starts and they fall back to the sucky team they are. From one sucky teams fan to another. The Twins were overhyped this season to begin with. And they aren't that good. Originally Posted by Bobber I'll take healthy pitchers over healthy hitters every day of the year.
