    I could see Cyclone Alley getting these with all the "great" props they have gotten the past couple yrs

    Ah, so many possibilities. You can tie it onto a big stick and make a hobo bag. It’s a scarf on a windy day. It’s a rain fly for your kids play tent. Throw it under you tires when you are stuck in an ice rout. It’s a tailgate flag. It’s a sunscreen for your front windshield when parked on a sunny day. It’s a bikini cover-up for fans at the beach. It’s a water strainer when you are trapped in the wilderness. And with News of World going belly-up, Brit fans will be looking for something to wrap their fish and chips in. This thing is to capes what the Swiss Army Knife is to pocket knifes!

    I assume you mean payroll and not "Budget?" The Royals had a middle of the league "budget" last year and had 30 million bucks come off the books via trade/retirement/FA.
    I know this is the internet but please don't comment on things you know nothing about. For the record the team with the 2nd smallest, in your words "Budget"... the Rays.
