    Tiger and Stevie Split

A little surprised by this, but I guess a change was in order.

    Re: Tiger and Stevie Split

"I am very disappointed to end our very successful partnership at this time...."

With Williams saying he is "shocked" and "disappointed" obviously Tiger just gave him the pink slip. I thought it was odd that Williams caddied for Adam Scott at the US Open, but I just figured he needed to get paid while Tiger heals.

I'm guessing Williams had to be the highest paid caddie out there - but how much do you all think a Tiger Woods' caddie can make a year? $1 M, $2M ?

I would easily say $1M plus any endorsements.

Yes Tiger, your caddie was clearly the problem in your struggles.

Maybe Tiger was cheating and he thought it was best to end the bromance before any bad news comes out.

No kidding. Tiger needs to get back to putting his club into every hole that comes his way. That will certainly bring the game back.

He had a 60 minutes piece once upon a time. He was compensated well.

Now, he can cash in huge with a tell all book (if he never wants to caddie again)

A blessing for Williams. Can't do much caddy-ing for a guy who is too messed up to do anything but sit around and watch porn all day.

Stevie is with Adam Scott for the last month, so not much of a surprise

Do most caddies receive some kind of salary or just a percentage of winnings?
I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

You make that sound like a bad thing.

Yes, probably a good thing for Williams.

I don't know if Tiger will ever be good again?
